Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!!! Just wanted to do a quick check in and toot my own horn a little! I am down 15lbs since November 20th and loving it!!! This is becoming my very own weight loss success story, and I couldn’t be more excited to share my progress with all of you. I can already see a difference in my face a little and people are starting to comment that they can tell I'm putting in work. I have been prioritizing myself for the first time in a while and going to the gym while using a calorie deficit diet. My daughter is very supportive of me getting healthier for her and encourages me sooo much! I hope you all have an awesome holiday season!!!
