Service Description

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive, physician-led evaluation focused on your symptoms, health history, medications, lifestyle, and personal goals. We’ll discuss concerns related to hormones, energy, metabolism, sexual health, sleep, mood, body composition, and the changes that occur throughout perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. The goal of this visit is to understand what you’re experiencing, what matters most to you, and what you hope to improve, so your care can be personalized to your individual needs and goals. Laboratory Review & Treatment Planning - You will receive a laboratory order prior to your initial consultation. - If your results are available before your initial consultation, we can review them during that visit and discuss your complete clinical picture, treatment options, and next steps. - If your laboratory results are not yet available, you will schedule a follow-up visit for your comprehensive laboratory review and personalized treatment plan. HSA cards are accepted for eligible services. Your laboratory order will be sent directly to the lab of your choice. Your consultation fee includes the physician review and interpretation of your laboratory results; however, the laboratory charges separately for the testing itself. Most commonly ordered labs are typically eligible for insurance coverage, but your individual cost will depend on your insurance plan, coverage, copay, and deductible.
