75 Pounds Down: My Creekside Weight Loss Journey, My Daughter’s Pride, and Why I’m Not Stopping

When I started my Creekside weight loss journey on November 20, 2024, I wasn’t sure I could stick with it. Like many patients beginning a medical weight loss program, I had big goals but plenty of doubts. With Creekside’s support — personalized plans, accountability, and the right tools — I’ve lost 75 pounds, feel more energized than I have in years, and I’m happier than I ever thought possible.

One of my biggest motivations has been my daughter. She’s been my

cheerleader through every step, and seeing her pride makes every workout, every healthy meal, and every tough choice worth it. When she tells people about my progress, she does it like she’s bragging about a championship trophy. Hearing her say, “My mom is amazing,” is the kind of reward that goes far beyond a number on the scale.


The changes go deeper than the pounds I’ve lost. I have the energy to keep up with my daughter, chase her around the park, ride bikes together, and still feel good at the end of the day. My mood is lighter, my confidence is building, and I’m walking through life with my head high.

And I’m not stopping here. This isn’t the end of my story, it’s just the beginning. I’m going to keep going, keep pushing, and keep proving to my daughter (and to myself) that we can do hard things. Every pound lost is a milestone, but the true victory is feeling alive, healthy, and in control of my future.
