A reservation fee is collected at the time of scheduling to secure your consultation appointment.

This fee is credited toward any eligible procedure performed the same day as your consultation or scheduled within 90 days of your consultation.

Reservation fees are refundable only with at least 12 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
-
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
